Are credits the same across every model?+
Yes. One credit ledger covers Sora, Runway, Veo, Flux, Hailuo, Kling, ElevenLabs, Hedra, and every other registered model. Each generation tells you the credit cost up-front so you can compare like-for-like before you spend.
What's the difference between draft, mid-tier, and hero models?+
Draft models (Hailuo, LTX-2, Flux Schnell, ElevenLabs voice + music) are cheap and fast — every plan can use them. Mid-tier models (Sora 2 Standard, Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling 3.0 Pro, Luma Ray 2, Runway, Flux Pro) need Creator or higher. Hero models (Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1 Standard, Hedra Character lipsync, Pikaffects, Forese house LoRAs) need Pro or higher. The picker always shows you which band a model is in before you submit.
What happens if I run out mid-month?+
Your generations stop. We never bill you past your balance. You can top up at any time (1k / 5k / 20k / 100k bundles, with up to 30% discount on the larger bundles) or upgrade your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period — they're sized to be used. Top-up credits roll over for 12 months from purchase. Free's 500 credits are a one-time grant, not a monthly refresh. Studio teams pool credits across the whole org.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in one click from /settings/billing or the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep paid features through the end of the current period. EU/UK consumers get a 14-day right of withdrawal on first purchase under our Refund Policy.
Do you bill per generation or per render?+
Per generation. Render and export to MP4 are free; you only pay credits when a model is called. Failed generations refund automatically.
What's the difference between Creator and Pro?+
Creator ($19/mo) gives you 1,500 credits, no watermark, commercial rights, and access to mid-tier models — sized for solo creators publishing weekly. Pro ($49/mo) jumps you to 6,000 credits, unlocks every hero model (Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1 Standard, Hedra lipsync, Pikaffects, Forese house LoRAs), and adds Relax mode for cheaper background renders.
When should I move to Studio?+
When you have 2+ people working in the same project. Studio adds pooled credits across the org (so one teammate doesn't run dry while another has a surplus), 500 GB shared asset storage, audit log, and review/approval workflows. Pricing is $119 per seat / month with a minimum of 2 seats.
Do you offer annual pricing?+
Yes — annual is roughly 17–20% off list. Creator: $16/mo billed annually. Pro: $39/mo billed annually. Studio: $99/seat/mo billed annually. The discount is shown at checkout.
What about Enterprise?+
Enterprise is a custom contract: committed credit volume, dedicated compute, white-label review links, SAML SSO, SCIM, contractual SLA, and a signed MSA + DPA. Email sales@forese.ai with a rough scope.
